Membership in the Utah Doula Association
We would like to invite you to join the Utah Doula Association, a local group dedicated to promoting the profession and helping birth professionals.
As a member of the Utah Doula Association, you will:
- Be listed on our web site www.utahdoulas.org, where potential clients can find you.
- Receive a quarterly newsletter with ideas and information helpful to you.
- Be invited to attend our annual Spring Conference at a discounted member rate. We generally have continuing education hours available at these conferences.
- Be invited to the mentoring groups, where doulas of all levels of experience meet together to talk about a variety of topics and network together.
- Be invited to the UDA Fall Retreat, where you will be able to relax and connect with other doulas.
- Be invited to an annual social event in your particular area.
You can keep up with the activities of the Utah Doula Association by following our blog or by checking our calendar regularly. You can also become a fan of the UDA on Facebook or follow us on Twitter.
We have a group membership to DONA which comes up for renewal in April. If you join then, you can join both the UDA and DONA for the same price as joining DONA alone! But you don't have to wait until then, you can join the UDA alone on a part year basis. The amount for this varies from $25-10, depending on the time of year. The amount will show as you go through the process to join the UDA, or you can e-mail us at UDA@lythgoes.net to get a current amount. We're sorry, but we cannot offer discounted part year DONA memberships.
